Parent Teacher Council

Every year Parent Teacher Council is formed under the Chairmanship of the Principal of the Vidyalaya with both parent and teacher members, which works for all-round development of the Vidyalaya.

Parent Teacher Council reviews periodically the progress of the Vidyalaya. This committee comprises of 15 members from Parent's side and 5 Members from teacher's side and the Vice Principal of the Vidyalaya as Member secretary.

On every Parents Day, this Council discusses about the developmental activities of the Vidyalaya keeping in mind only the welfare of the students. Their suggestions and valuable contribution is a real assistance to the Vidyalaya’s progress.

Developmental Activities of PTC

1. Purchased 10 cents of land for construction of an open well to solve water problem.

2. Provided AC for computer room and installed PBX system

3. Provided Fax for the Vidyalaya

4. Provided 103 nos. of fans for dormitories

5. Constructed an Auditorium for the Vidyalaya with the M.P Fund of Hon’ble

Member of Parliament Sri. Suresh Kurup and the contribution from PTC Fund.

Estimated cost Rs. 9 lakhs

6. Digging an open well in the Vidyalaya Ground utilizing PTC fund to solve the

drinking water problem in the Vidyalaya.. Estimated Cost Rs.5 lakhs
